Petit matin (12 x 9 inches), pastel on canvas.In this painting I collaged on the canvas scrap papers on which I had printed ghost monoprints. I further covered the surface in an irregular manner with plaster compound onto which I dropped bits of dry pigment. I worked with hard and soft pastels, taking advantage of the irregular surface and random tones and colours on the canvas.
